I was just curious how everyone else is. I find that I'm actually less hungry after I work out, whether it be cardio or strength training. I don't know if that means I'm just distracting myself so I don't think about it or if fitness exercises are actually appetite suppressants, but i was just curious to see how you all feel after a workout.

It is a common theme to be less hungry after working out. I do not know why but I am sure someone will explain the science behind it.0 -
I often feel less hungry.
It really depends if I had a big lunch or small lunch and how hard I worked out.0 -
less hungry as welll...but a few hours later I get really hungry0

I've just started working out and in the beginning I was less hungry immediately after but after about an hour I was insatiable.
After about a week or so it's leveled out and I am not hungry at all.0 -

I workout in the morning, so I usually start hungry I eat a banana or a protein bar or something similar about 30-45 minutes before I workout. But I am definitely still hungry afterward. I end up with about 800 or so calories for breakfast many times.
The only times I am not hungry afterward, is if I pushed it too hard, like to the point of almost puking during the workout, then I'm not hungry, lol. That's only happened a couple times so far though.0
