Hi! Girl on a Mission to lose 52 lbs!

Hi MFP,

I'm Alina, 20 and looking to lose 52.4 lbs.
Currently I weigh 192.4 lbs :cry: which I am ashamed about. How did I get so big?

I'm trying to aim for 1400 calories a day + 15 minutes of exercise daily. After I get used to the consistency of daily exercise I'll up it to 30 minutes a day.
