Unusual business lunch

Hola, I'm trying to retcon a lunch (so I can only vaguely guess amounts).... when the boss is buying you do not question too closely.

But any idea what I can mostly closely equivicate guinea fowl sausage with?? (very tasty mind you....)

    Let me rephrase the question.... are there good tips and tricks for estimating unusual meals?

    My grandparents used to raise guineas. They are like turkeys, so I would imagine the nutritional value of the meat is similar. Look up turkey sausage or use some other game bird entry, like pheasant.

    turns out plain guinea fowl meat is in the database, and I think I can fudge it from that. I just misstyped quite badly possibly due to food coma.

    Thanks for the help and if this thread turned into a general how to estimate food which is neither home cooked nor chain produced I would not be sad in the least. I suspect there is a fair amount of that going on around here anyway but what can I say, I'm new to the forums.
