Would u consider zumba high impact??

I just got the DVDs and would like to try them but I'm not to do high impact exercises yet?!
What would you consider it?

you can keep it low impact, just don't "bounce" quite as much.0

It can be high inpact if u dance that way but they tell u to take it at ur own pace. I do Zumba but I used to do it at the gym so at home I try to go all in I come out sweatin and all but it so much fun!!!! Hope u find it enjoyable!!0

I would say it depends on the individual, but I would say low impact because both feet are usually planted on the ground. High impact is when both feet consistently leave the ground, and the individual is doing a lot of hopping and bouncing.0

Zumba is what you put into it. You make it high or low impact.0

I do Zumba twice a week at the gym, one day, i go all out, and on the second day, I take it kind of easy, You set the tone for your body. I love it most of the weight that I lost and body toning is from me going to zumba, I tell you one thing you wont be bored.:happy:0
