Just seeing how many of my Texas people are here. Would be cool (even though I doubt its possible) to do a Texas MFP meet up the way the CHIVE does.

    It depends on where you're going to live, your budget, and what you like to do (e.g., are classes a priority?). I think Equinox and Cooper are the best, but they are a little pricey (over $100/month) and don't have many locations. (By the way, Troy Aikman works out at Equinox's Highland Park location.) Lifetime and Tom Landry (at Baylor) are also nice. Some of the Ys are good and a good value if you are married and/or have children.
    Some of the 24 hr fitness locations are nice, but some are gross.
