Hi I'm an avid weightlifter based in the uk currently I am weighing in at 15.4 stone at about 29% bf and would love to get to under 14stone and really reduce my bf%. I have already lost 9lbs so far and would love to find other people who really enjoy weightlifting as I wanna sort out macros etc to reduce muscle loss during my cut. Many thanks guys. There are settings in MFP to custom adjust total calories available as well as macro nutrients. I recommend playing with those and find what works for your body, your lifestyle, and your training regime.
