Hi need advice and help along the way.

Hi I'm an avid weightlifter based in the uk currently I am weighing in at 15.4 stone at about 29% bf and would love to get to under 14stone and really reduce my bf%. I have already lost 9lbs so far and would love to find other people who really enjoy weightlifting as I wanna sort out macros etc to reduce muscle loss during my cut. Many thanks guys.
