T25 & 1800 / daily

I just started T25. I am 50 yrs old and weigh 184. I work at a desk all day so that would be sedentary for my activity level outside of T25. I would like to get down to 165. According to the T25 guide I should be at 1800 calories per day. I have not used a HRT during my T25 workouts but I imagine the calories burned is between 300-400. So if I eat 1800 per day and burn 300 doing T25 my net will be 1500. Should I then eat back those lost 300 to bring it back to 1800? Total consumed would then be 2100.
Then, should I then change it to 2100 daily and then factor in that 300 loss and leave it at that? -Andrew

I would suggest a HRM. I just started tonight 1200ish cals, and I only burned 150. (5'5" f/114, so that will make a diff for you) I too am a desk rat during the day. I was surprised at how little it burned. I was pushing hard, practically no modifiers either. Not quite a nailed it, but not a "barely survived".
I liked the workout, and can't wait to try the others.0
