Evening everyone!
I'm new to the forum but I've been logging my calorie count and fitness record for 45 days now. The name's Amon_Inciratta, 33 years old and I've hit a couple of milestones since I started on this journey:
I'm down below a 44 inch waist (I was 50+ when I started)
Just today I weighed myself and I was surprised to find that I was UNDER 300 pounds for the first time in years (weight 297 to be exact).
My goals are to get below a 40 inch waist and be right around the 240-250 range for weight, but if I can go further than that why stop there!
Onward and Downward (weight-wise that is )
