I need to add more salt to my diet

Options
I have low blood pressure and have been told by my doctor to increase my sodium intake. I know that a lot of high-sodium foods are generally not so great for your health and would like a healthy/natural alternative to reach for whenever I start feeling dizzy. My current go-to food is smoked salmon but I would like some other options. Any Ideas?

    I eat three meals of veggies and proteins a day and all my veggies have salt and pepper on them and i use salt pepper and some lemon pepper seasoning on my meats
