I know that many of workout way more than I do! I need some accountability partners. I am committing to 25 days of cardio (at least 30 minutes a day). I understand that this is beyond doable yet I haven't kept up! Who will commit with me? Today would be day one! Just come back here and post each day until March 28. Easy enough/

3/3 Day 3: No burn: Fighting a cold :sick:

Day 4 and I am feeling better already! The effect of consistency is AMAZING! Also, I am LOVING livestrong.com ! It has taken the guess workout out of the journey! I have not choice but to do it! It provides me with daily workouts and suggested meals! Thats exactly what I need to stay on track! Thank you ladies for traveling with me0
