Hey everyone

Hey guys and girls! I'm new here. I just started a workout regimen and healthy eating plan… anyone have any helpful tips!!.. I filled out the food and exercise plan on here and found it extremely helpful! I hope I'm able to find some great tips here!!:happy:

    One tip: always drink a lot of water! Do you eat 3-5 small meals or 3 meals with snacks? Have you gotten how many calories you need to eat in order to lose or maintain your weight?

    I have been eating 3 meals a day with snacks in-between.. but I am still falling short of the the recommend intake I'm supposed to get. I'm actually having a hard time with it cause it already feels like i'm constantly eating. But I am working out every day.. spending about 2hours a day in the gym.. So I'm really hoping it works!
