my activity level. what should I log??

I'm currently set at sedentary but my job I repair appliances. So I move appliances and walk to homes all day. I do sit in my car a lot and drive. Just curious. If I time the amount I actually spend doing repairs, can I log thog minutes As excercise. I see an excercise listed as automotive repair. Could I log that on days I don't excersise??

You have to figure out if appliances is listed in the exercise list. If not, maybe choose something that is close enough to it. I wouldn't chose something if you don't exercise. I have 1 cheat day with food but not exercise. If I don't exercise, I keep a tight look at my calorie intake. Does that make sense?
  • Yeah. I understand. I generally exercise and only eat half or less back. Today I'm forcing a rest day. I ran a half on sunday. I got to my calorie goal but was still hungry. Thanks

You want to try to eat as close to what your calorie intake is and not cut back. When people skip meals or eat less, their body goes into starvation mode (think of a long time ago our ancestors bodies would store fat because they didn't know where their next meal would come from) so you'll hang onto the weight.
