Any other American's living overseas?

I just started a move to the country of Panama, and I'm trying to work at losing weight while dealing with adjusting to a new culture and a language barrier. I was wondering if any other MFPers were trying to live weight while living as an Expatriate, and wanted to help.

I'm accepting of all friends, so no matter if you meet the above criteria or not, and you just want another person to support you along your journey, feel free to friends me!

    I don't have it as bad as you. I live in Australia.

    If going by your user name is correct.. I used to live in Tampa as well.

    I have been travelling full time for 20 years overseas. Currently I am in Australia and New Zealand but I do understand the challenges with adjusting to new cultures and languages while trying to lose weight. I have the added challenge of being a guest in someone elses home every day.

    I'm also originally from Florida, Jacksonville.
