Calories burned doing squats and ab work?

I took a class at the gym which was 25 minutes of squats and lunges and 20 minutes of abs (crunches, leg raises). How many calories could this have burned?

This is a tough one as everyone is different.
Your best bet is to log it under Cardiovascular activity - Circuit Training. I would also invest in a heart rate monitor if this is something you are going to be doing regularly, that way you can get a more accurate view of your cals.0 -
I would, but I'm kind of a budget right now so I can't really afford an HRM. I know it's a toughie, but I was just hoping for a ballpark number? Cause, to be on the safe side I put my burn at 170 calories for 45 minutes which seems kinda low.0

If you don't have a HRM, I would suggest just trying to work out a moderate amount and eat a constant 1500 calories every day and see how this goes. I think this route would be better than trying to guestimate all your calorie burns.
Just my opinion, you dont gotta do that if you dont wanna...0
