I have had to do this a couple times, and it was kind of a pain in the tush. However, it taught me the value of measuring. I broke down each ingredient, measured it and calculated the calories. I entered the whole pan (or bowl, or whatever) and then divided it by whatever the serving was (1/8 of the pan, etc.).

This is the absolutest easiest one to use I have found yet--

    http://caloriecount.about.com/cc/recipe_analysis.php

I use that to figure it out, then enter it here on MFP as a "my food" and save it so if I need it later.

Also, you can use the "Save as a Meal" feature here on MFP--enter all your ingrediants, hit "save as a Meal" and then you've got it! Same thing really as a recipe calculator.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I used this website's list of calories for each ingredient. It sounds like some other folks have MUCH easier options for you!

Thanks, Mary24, for asking this question. I've wondered about it before.

Thanks, shorerider, for the link to the about.com calorie calculator. I just tried it out. FANTASTIC...and so easy! I know I'll be bookmarking it and using it often.
