Reached weight goal

Hi all does anyone know when you reach your weight goal what happens then? Surely you cant stay on the same calories as you would continue to loose weight so do i or mfp gradually increase calorie amount until reach a plateau? Help does anyone know please?????

    You need to go to you diet profile, and update it to maintain. This is under settings, and you click Update Diet/Fitness Profile.

    Yes, reset your "goal" to maintain...then up your calories a bit at a time to find what works for you. Many add 100 calories at a time for a few weeks before increasing again, if needed. You need to allow yourself a range that you'd like to stay within (5 lbs?) because other factors cause fluctuation naturally. So you'll bounce around a bit, but if you go over that range you can immediately cut back a bit to stay on track. Good luck1
