Is anyone else using the It Works products. I recently started using the ThermoFit and Fat Fighters. Just wondering what types of results I can expect. I am currently running and doing the T25 workouts, and although I do not follow any particular diet plan I am conscious of calories and nutrition.

    I'm not using them personally but I know a few people who have had success with the ThermoFit and Greens supplements.

    seriously OP just eat in a deficit and try work out/move more and stop wasting your money on products like this..

    I'm a big fan of MFP.....use it in it's purest form.
    Eat at a deficit and move more....best of all it's free.

    It's Vital Vitamins gave me an infection on my face. True story.

    Ran out of my regular multi vitamin and my mom had those laying around. Took it for a week and massively broke out all over my face.

    i have a really negative view of these products after a friend started selling them. Her instagram feed went from fun pictures of her life to just promotional pictures of the products. we didn't talk that much online, but she started sending me a bunch of messages about specials they're doing. like, ok, i thought i had a friend, but now i have an it-works-selling-machine.
    also, this is going to sound really mean, but... looking at my friend... it DOESN'T work.
