Correct Nutrition

Hi Everyone. I’m looking for some advice on Food and Nutrition.

I am starting a new fitness routine where I get up a 5am go for a 3mile run. 7am cycle for half and hour to work. At 12pm lunch time during work I do hockey drills or play hockey. 4pm cycle home from work. 8pm I do the insanity workout.

I try doing this mon to fri and rest at the weekends and was wondering what foods to eat during the day as my energy levels are really low.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    What are your goals? Are you trying to lose weight? Gain weight? Maintain your weight?

    That's kind of a lot of cardio, about three hours a day five days a week? No wonder your energy is low. What should you eat? Probably ALL THE FOODZ.
  • My goal is more fitness than to lose weight. I'm trying to be fit for my upcoming Hockey Matches. I am still trying to lose 6 pounds but am confident that I can lose that.
