Hi, I was wondering does anyone know how many calories burned by dancing 6 songs straight on Wii Just dance? Not just moving the remote, but really following the moves and building up a sweat. Thx :)

    Calorie burns are going to depend on your size and how intense you are working. Find a reasonable estimate, cut it by 30-50% and use it for a while to see if it works for you, i.e. your weight changes over a reasonable period of time as predicted by that number. If not, then adjust accordingly.

    It depends, but I do it for one hour straight and can burn about 360. That's with wearing a heart rate monitor so I know exactly how many calories I burned (:

    I agree to go by time and count it as rigorous exercise. I do this with my kids and I find it fascinating how crazy hard it is-- it is cardio activity for sure!
