T25 - How do you enter it into your exercise diary?

Just a question for those that do T25. I recently started the program and was wondering how the people that have been doing enter it into thier Exercise Diary?

I just used aerobics , for me it was low impact0

I do Insanity and to enter that I put it in cardio and create exercise, then just enter the name of the workout, the length of workout and then calories burned0
