Feel bad about junk food but still under net calories?

Hello! I just had a big evening snack and now I feel really bad about it! Today I went to the gym and did 50/50 cardio and weights (today was arms and back!), and my snack meant I was still under my NET calories, but it wasnt very healthy! (crisps and 2 cookies). So now I feel very guilty about it, is that reasonable? Does this ever happen to anyone else?

^This. You don't have to restrict your foods. In fact, I found if I restrict too much then I go off the deep end. Eat the way you plan to for the rest of your life. Eat the foods you love, exercise moderation, fit all the foods into your calorie goal.0
