Hey everyone i am new at this and i need to lose ~120lbs. I don't have any real support at home my husband is Air force and i have 2 young kids. I done know anyone here in Clovis that want to workout regularly. So looking for some online support. Thanks

    I also wanted to let you know that you can search for local members in your area. I think it's "find members" under the "community" tab.

    I am pretty new to this myself. In my second week but things are going well. Seems to be a lot of support and easy to log food and exercise. I also have a droid so I can log from my phone which is great. You can do this. Keep telling yourself that.

    thanks everyone! i am hoping ill be starting to lose weight now that i am done with my finals and the stress is reduced! i got my hubby on this site as well now and we remind each other to fill out our journals before we go to bed. its great!
