low carb diet

Im doing my husbands diabetic diet that counts only carbs. I lost 6 lbs. Im doing myfitnesspal and sort of watching cal, carbs and fats. i have 500 cals left but only 4 fat. Is there anything i can have for supper that has quite a few cal but only 4 carbs?

    I'd go with a salad. I had the other day big bowl of green salad, cucumber, green onion and green pepper + salt, olive oil and lemon juice. about 4 cups of this yeled around 2% fat and under 500cals. Good luck !

    2 table spoon of peanut butter is 210 calories and around 5 carbs. Or go to the store and buy olive oil and down some table spoons of it. No carbs at 120 cals a table spoon. A burger without the bun would probably be around 350 to 400 calories.

    Any meat or fish
    Omelet with cheese
    Cottage cheese
    Dark green veggies as your side, like sauteed spinach or broccoli (very low carb)

    4 fat or 4 carbs? If it's carbs...

    Shredded mozzarella or Italian blend cheese 1/4 to 1/2 cup
    Meat of your choice (I use veggie pepperonis)

    Sprinkle the cheese in a non stick skillet and cook on medium until its set. Add the meat and flip over. Cook until your desired brownness.
