      OK I'll be the first one to respond. I don't understand the question. I can't order from McDonald's if I don't go there. So nothing would be the answer which is probably why no one has responded?

      just went tonight, Had a grilled classic chicken sandwich and Med french fry (water to drink) 730 calories total.

      That made me laugh because I was in McDonald's (not by choice) on Monday for the first time in years and I just asked for a cup of water. For what ever reason unbeknown to myself, eating McDonald's makes me very ill (stomach pain/cramps and digestive not-fun-times) so I've always avoided it, but when I was there this week there was a much larger selection than I ever remembered there being. Tons of juices, smoothies, wraps, poutine (this is probably a Canadian thing), you name it, so I suppose I can see more of the appeal now.

      I go to Mc Donalds, I always order the same thing, Ice Cream cone, 170 calories, almost the only reasonable thing on the menu, lol go figure its ice cream,
