a little help from my fitness friends..

ive lost weight here already but just kinda at a loss of how much calories i should eat?..can someone help me message me or write here i just cant get tot the gym no money for gym membership n the only exercise i get is from cleaning n working 3 days a week....i just need some serious help n support...ive been with out my internet to b able to use this n fell way off the wagon but luckily have gained much...if you need info from me just ask...your my friends n ones who i look for support from everyday when im on here.. im not sure how many calories will work for me now that i barely get exercise in...plz help if you can thank you for listening... <3 love all my myfitnesspal friends... everyone is an inspriation to me.



also what are some things that you eat that help you...that you would reccomend??? thanks in advance :smile: oh and im stuck in a rut...

    Well first what does MFP say you should eat? Second what are your measurements? Height and weight? Third, is there anyway you could just walk maybe a mile day to exercise? Fourth, what did you set your goals to be on MFP, how much did you want to lose a week?
  • mfp says i should eat 1200....weight between 151-155 unsure... where ive been off track.. im 5'4....measurements 34' chest ,31 stomach(above belly button) 36 1/2 waist (below belly button) i set to what mfp said would b recommended.. roughly 1 to 2 lbs a week
