Exercises for toning stomach and thighs??

Hey guys...

Wondering if anyone has any good/favourite exercises for toning abs and upper legs/thighs? I'm trying to focus on toning rather than weight and those areas are the only parts of my body I'm not very happy with at the moment... Would love any tips :)

    Erm, I would say strengthening and increasing muscle definition and leanness.

    Erm, I would say strengthening and increasing muscle definition and leanness.
    Strengthening- there are a lots of exercises you can do. Squats, lunges, stiff legged deadlifts, crunches, leg raises, oblique crunches just to name a few.

    Definition and leaness- NO exercise addresses this. One can't spot exercise areas to reduce fat or increase definition. This has more to do with overall body fat and that is addressed by calorie deficit.
