Not asking much am I?!?!?! lol.
I am on a budget (as I am sure most of us are these days), a mom to a 4 year old boy and always short on time.
I love my crock pot but I swear there is only three things I can make in it' Itallian beef, Pot Roast and Ribs.
Any ideas?
Let me know!

I have a 4 year old as well... who admittedly isn't picky, but he does eat all of these!
Chili
Southwest Turkey Burgers (disclaimer: I got this from someone else on this site!): http://melodygreen.wordpress.com/2010/12/07/southwest-turkey-burgers/
White beans, pinto beans, etc. cooked in the crockpot
Chicken tortilla soup

Tomato Green Bean soup (I haven't tried this in the crockpot but I bet it would work) or any kind of vegetable soup

We sometimes just put either a whole pork tenderloin or chicken breasts with water and with whatever you like(I'm pretty picky so for me usually just salt and pepper). When it's time to eat we drain the water and shred the meat and add a little bit of barbecue sauce, I put mine on the 100 sandwich rounds. It is very yummy and very easy!0

The easiest one I know is shredded chicken - add one can of cream of chicken soup (do not add the water) for every 3-4 chicken breasts you put in the crock pot, then I just set it on low for the day, and when I get home (8 or 9 hours later) I take a fork and shred the chicken (it usually just falls apart). If it's too soupy you can add bread crumbs or instant potato flakes to thicken it.
I always buy the cheap bulk bag of frozen chicken breasts, so when I want to make this I just throw the breasts in frozen, no need to thaw, which makes this even easier!0 -
