Breakfast Shake

Hi There,

Every morning I have a breakfast shake which consists of 1 banana, 1/3 cup chocolate Ensure, 1 cup milk and ice blended together. While this keeps me somewhat full I've been doing it for awhile and I anticipate I will get sick of it soon so I wanted to see if I could get some recommendations on shakes that are high in protein and 300 or less calories for about 2 cups (that's what my current mixture makes). I'd also like to stick with bananas somewhere in there. Thanks!

    What is Chocolate Ensure?

I'd add a scoop or two of whey in there and some cinnamon.

I also have breakfast shakes - mine consist of frozen fruit, a scoop or greek yogurt, almond milk and a scoop of vanilla flavored protein powder. It is VERY good! (and keeps me full)
You could easily make this with a frozen banana too!

Wow, up until now I thought it was Ensure, which is basically just a drink full of vitamins. However, it's actually Carnation's Instant Breakfast Essentials, Rich Chocolate flavor. It has 2x Vitamin D, 2x Calcium, 21 vitamins and minerals and 13 grams of protein.

    This morning I had:

1 scoop protogen cookies n cream protein powder
    1 cup almond milk
    3 tbsp greek yogurt
    half an apple
    cinnamin
1/4-1/2 cup kale (as much as i can fit into the left over space in my magic bullet ha!)

u can replace the apple with a banana as thats what i had yesterday.

people also use chocoalte protein powder and add kale, almond milk, peanut butter, u could prob throw in a banana too

Do you know how much protein and fat is in that?
