Just started tracking yesterday after being inspired by an article "Social Diet" in Cooking Light magazine. I have made a one year(my fitness pal) and beyond commitment to better health. Soooo looking for people who want to add friends to keep things more interesting and inspiring. I am not a fitness junkie but don't mind cheering others on either :flowerforyou: I have personally set my weight loss goal this year to 35 lbs. Loving it so far~
