/hey Ladies!

SO I always gain "water weight" or whatever before my period. But this time Im like 9 days away from my period and I see some weight on the scale. How long before your period do you notice the scale being affected?

Around 7 days prior. It lasts until my period is half over, so we're talking about a good 10 days before the scale goes back to normal.

interestingly enough... I tend to lose water weight right before my period. Then.... I can gain around 4 lbs or so during, and then it falls off right after.

*shrugs* a body is gonna do what a body is gonna do. I've stopped stressing out about it.

i only see it the week leading up... maybe 4 days at most. i also eat like a HORSE the 3 or 4 days prior to Day 1, so even when i don't know it's coming... I KNOW it's coming. ;-)
