in Introduce Yourself
Starting my weight loss journey (yet again....) In need of really encouraging friends and motivators as I am doing this alone...Currently have a room mate who refuses to eat good because he's skinny and doesn't care about his heart apparently lol..so the temptation to eat bad is extra hard at my house. But I'm determined...my mini goal really is to just be comfortable with wearing shorts and a tank top this summer...so friend requests are more than welcome! :)

    Texan, I as well am on my second journey to get healthy and lose a couple of pound in the process. However, I do understand when you have a person around you that is able to eat tanything they like but your will power and the help of your weight journey family will get you where you need to be to achieve your goal.
