/hey Ladies!
SO I always gain "water weight" or whatever before my period. But this time Im like 9 days away from my period and I see some weight on the scale. How long before your period do you notice the scale being affected?

easily two weeks before0

Around 7 days prior. It lasts until my period is half over, so we're talking about a good 10 days before the scale goes back to normal.0

good to know! I don't feel as bad then haha0

interestingly enough... I tend to lose water weight right before my period. Then.... I can gain around 4 lbs or so during, and then it falls off right after.
*shrugs* a body is gonna do what a body is gonna do. I've stopped stressing out about it.0 -
It really varies for me. Uasually about a week before and it goes a day or so before I start.0

i only see it the week leading up... maybe 4 days at most. i also eat like a HORSE the 3 or 4 days prior to Day 1, so even when i don't know it's coming... I KNOW it's coming. ;-)0
