BENCH 80
5X5

BARBELL ROWS CAN I USE DUMBELLS?

5X5 40




ADD TWO POUNDS TO EACH WORK OUT AFTER WORK OUT A AND THE SAME FOR WORK OUT B

    soooooooo....what's the question, exactly?

    use those weights (assuming they aren't too heavy for you to complete the work) and each workout add 5 more pounds to the bar. if you can complete the work then the next workout add 5 more. if not, use the same weight. rinse, repeat.

    you can use dumbbells but since it would seem that you have access to a barbell for the squats and bench i'm not sure why you would. i mean, i know why i prefer DBs but i'm not doing stronglifts. Or are you indicating that you are actually going to do this workout with machines instead of free weights but you don't have a machine to simulate bent rows?

    ill use the bar,i just wasnt sure on warm ups do you do warm ups for each lift or just squat

    Yes, do a warm-up for each new major body part worked.
    For example, need a warm-up for squats working primarily the quads.
    Need a warm-up for bench, working primarily the chest.
    Need a warm-up for rows, working primarily the back.
    Yes, you can use dumbbells for rows if you want.
