Looking for friends to help me stay motivated.

I had no idea there was such a huge community! :) I started working out 2 weeks ago. Only lost one pound. :/ Not sure what Im doing wrong but I think having some friends to help me stay focused and help me figure out what I should be doing would be great.

    You lost a half pound a week, thats not bad!

    Have you worked out your BMI and TDEE? Are you measuring your food or guessing?

  • I worked out my TDEE yesterday when I found this blog. I have my setting to lose 1.5lbs a week. I got a HRM a few days a ago and just started using it. I aim to burn 600 calories at the gym. usually 40mins on the elliptical and 25-30mins of strength training.
