Since a log everything i eat im always low on Iron... Really really low.. Which food content iron ?

    Broccoli, Steak, Spinach, Iron Supplements...be careful, too much iron and not enough fiber...yeah. You'll be uncomfortable.

    MMMMMM, liver......................I eat liver that is practically raw. I sear it gently on each side and slice and eat.

    Also, dark green leafy vegetables, red meat and cooking in cast iron pans will help with iron intake

    Cream of wheat is another source that is REALLY high in iron.

    Also, vitamin C helps with iron absorption and caffeine inhibits it, so ensure that you avoid caffeinated beverages when you have iron rich foods.

    Red meat
    Egg yolks
    Dark, leafy greens (spinach, collards)
    Dried fruit (prunes, raisins)
    Iron-enriched cereals and grains (check the labels)
    Mollusks (oysters, clams, scallops)
    Turkey or chicken giblets
    Beans, lentils, chick peas and soybeans
    Liver
    Artichokes
