    Ohhh yes. :)

I stalk the food diaries of women who lift heavy since that is what I'm doing. I like to stalk their food diaries for inspiration, maybe see where I can improve.

What shocks me is that some of the women I stalk eat phenomenally well regularly, but then there are some that still eat some crap foods every day, and yet they ALL look amazing. And for the ones who eat the crap, no, it's not always a IIFYM situation based off their obvious macro overages. It leaves me dumbfounded, haha. I just continue to stalk in awe.

I have always found the food and body relationship to be an extremely fascinating one.

I totally stalk that man's food diary too!

edit: On a side note, when I see food diary's pop up in my feed I tend to look at them. However, I'm one of those people who get enjoyment from looking at food pic's on facebook too so yeah.... :blushing:

I like to read other people's diaries, some people are so good at putting together healthy planned menus other people eat the same sort of junk food as me but still stay under their calorie limit, I get good ideas and inspiration!

    I don't usually. Except when I do ;-)

My own diary is private, so actually I don't think too much about others having theirs public (including my MFP friends). But when I FIRST started MFP, one of my longtime friends from another website (not fitness or weight-related) was on here and she's one of the big success stories who has lost like 130+ lb with MFP...and I peeked at her diary and was thrilled to find that she doesn't eat too differently from the way I do. I was especially psyched to see that she went over on sugar frequently ;-) I still look at her diary (sorry Char) like weekly.
