Since a log everything i eat im always low on Iron... Really really low.. Which food content iron ?

Broccoli, Steak, Spinach, Iron Supplements...be careful, too much iron and not enough fiber...yeah. You'll be uncomfortable.0

MMMMMM, liver......................I eat liver that is practically raw. I sear it gently on each side and slice and eat.
Also, dark green leafy vegetables, red meat and cooking in cast iron pans will help with iron intake0 -
Cream of wheat is another source that is REALLY high in iron.
Also, vitamin C helps with iron absorption and caffeine inhibits it, so ensure that you avoid caffeinated beverages when you have iron rich foods.0 -

Dark, leafy greens (spinach, collards)
Dried fruit (prunes, raisins)
Iron-enriched cereals and grains (check the labels)
Mollusks (oysters, clams, scallops)
Turkey or chicken giblets
Beans, lentils, chick peas and soybeans
