Hip Hop Abs is...what?!

Hi everyone, question!!! What would Hip Hop Abs be considered??? Aerobics? Dancing? High-Intensity...Low-Intensity...General??? There are so many options to choose from. I want to log my exercise CORRECTLY. If anyone could answer this, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

Good question! I'd probably say "dancing". High or low intensity is dependent on the person doing it. But if you really want to log it correctly, the only way to do that is by using a heart rate monitor as ALL MFP workout calculations are pretty general. You want your heart rate to get an accurate read. For now, I'd probably use "dancing" as it's still an aerobic workout and you really are learning dance moves and putting them together.

I log it as aerobics. Zumba is like dance...but not hip hop abs. Hope it helps.0
