My friend has a question and I'm not sure how to help her so I wanted to ask here.

For those who do the p90x workout, how do you log your calorie burn here on MFP? p90x does not exist in the exercise section.

    She doesn't have one.
  • HRM. But you need to be aware the P90X is much more than burning calories. I have seen people get discourage by cal numbers and a elliptical or a treadmill instead.
  • I was told to log it in under cardiovascular "interval training" For 30 minutes, it was over 300 calories for me which I think is quite a bit so I think I'm just not going to log my exercise and not worry about it.
  • I log it under cardiovascular training. Some times, I am doing p90x3 which is half hour work out. I average around 300-400 cals and log the exercise with 1 cal if its less than 300 cals.
  • http://p90xcalories.com/ Punch in her info then quick add under exercise...Note which routine and duration in the comment block. I do wear a HRM...and this calculator is very close...within 2/3 percent.
