I agree with the one day at a time! You will have bad days, so I wouldn't strive for perfection, especially when you are just starting out. As lame and cliche as it sounds, just give it all you have and do the best you can. When you make mistakes, try and think what triggered it....bad day....boredom.....sadness? That's what I had to do to break my binge eating disorder.
