Bad day :(

I usually go hard in the gym, but today I didn't have a lot of time and only did 30 minutes on the elliptical. I had it on level 15, but I was not pushing myself like I should have been. Does anyone ever get this way? I usually go SO hard, and don't stop, but today I was feeling blah and just wasn't pushing myself. Like yesterday, I was on level 20 on the elliptical going like 7-9mph, and today I was going like 4mph. I usually sweat thru my shirt but today I didn't and I just feel bad about it haha. Anyone else ever get this way?

  • Hiya, its hard to be on top form all the time! Maybe your body just wanted to take an easy day.. Thats not a bad thing! Everyone goes a bit 'Blah' once in a while ;)
    Otherwise i dont have great workouts on days ive just eaten a good meal soon after starting in at the gym and green tea before really helps me before hand.. X

    You fit in a workout on a day when it would have been really easy to make an excuse to skip it. Even if you weren't at full speed today, you still got off your butt and got moving!
