Excess skin question

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot but i was wondering if there's a good way to limit the amount of excess skin you have to deal with as you lose. I need to get to 190 so sadly there's no doubt going to be some no matter what. I'll just have to live with it unless it becomes a health issue as my insurance isn't going to pay to get rid of it so i'd like to try and do what i can.

Dramatically increase your protein intake , this will dry you up and tighten up your skin0

No.
Strength training will help fill in some of the space with muscle.., so follow a good program like NROL or Stronglifts.
You might be one of the genetically lucky ones whose skin snaps back.
Either way, you will feel & look far better than you used to, so don't let skin issues discourage you.0 -
Cocoa butter helps with skin elasticity!0

Lose weight slowly and drink plenty of water, also moisturising might help but genetics and age plays a big part.0
