Breakfast food

Hi there, I need some fast and nutritious breakfast foods. I have been living off of fiber cereal, soy milk with some fruit and I would like to get something more nutritious with higher calories so I can jumpstart my metabolism. Ideas?!

  • I picked up one of those microwave egg poachers and I've been eating a poached egg with Rye toast in the morning. It's perfect after a workout!
  • Eggs! Definitely eggs! They have so much protein and keep you full.

    Egg whites - they are filling, packed with protein and have very few calories. Have 3/4 cup to 1 cup of egg whites scrambled and an english muffin (I prefer Thomas better start) for only 230 calories or so.
  • yogurt and fruit. I saw you other post about stomach weight and I've read that eating 2-3 servings of yogurt a day helps blast belly fat from all the probiotics in it
