Hello, first of all sorry if I didn't post this in the right section but I have a simple question,I'm currently in high school and I have 3 soccer trainings and 2 gym workouts a week + a game on sunday.
So what's the best select? The Sedentary or the Lightly active?

the things you list are "exercise" you would log as such.

If you're sat on your butt when not doing those things, you're sedentary.

You're probably asking about the part when you sign up, where they ask you how active you are in your day-to-day life. I would say you're lightly active. Definitely not sedentary, because that sounds like 5-6 days a week that you're moving your butt, but since you're in HS you are still sitting most of the day. GL!

Weight loss takes a whole lot of trial & error to find what works for you. Your goal should be to find the maximum number of calories at which you lose weight, not the minimum.

So try lightly active for two weeks, then reevaluate. Log your exercise and eat back at least a portion of your exercise calories. Read this: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1080242-a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants
