I wasn't really going for this... but it ended up tasting just like those custard-like cakes from Brittany. Delicious. Made this with apples but it can be with any fruit really.

320g of apples (I used Fuji)
72g of flour (about 2/3 cup)
72g of sugar (8 tsp)
1 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
15g melted butter
1 cup 2% milk

Spray a regular cake pan with oil spray. Cut apples and layer them at the bottom. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients, then add eggs, melted butter, vanilla powder, then slowly add milk while stirring so there are no lumps. It will make a crepe-like batter. Pour on top of the apples, and bake about 1h at 350 (until a toothpick comes clean). Good warm or cold.

You can probably use some substitutes to save calories but I haven't tried.

Nutrition per serving (6 servings) : 183 calories, 34g carbs, 5g fat, 6g protein.
