There isn't a workout program in the world that will help you to lose weight without a calorie deficit. Eat your donuts but count it in your calorie for the day.

Donuts are great! I've had one every morning this week. Just work it into your day. It's ok :)

Treadmill in front of the ONLY TV I watch with DVR and ROKU - always something to watch and I can't wait to get on for my only TV time of the day. Right now I'm watching through all the seasons of Shameless :) I also record Nightline and a few 'filler' shows to fill up the time because I like to stay on until I'm past 500 calories (about 52 minutes or so). I have it set to 12% incline and 3.5MPH and just walk fast uphill - it's not grueling at all and I get so into the show I'm watching that I don't even notice the time fly by! I do this almost every day.

** I do need to add in more weights, though! I have started doing that but have a lot to go. But this treadmill thing is my default workout and is very stress-relieving, detoxifying (I always sweat quite a bit), and calorie burning.
