You look great. That's how much I have to lose and that's the kind of difference I hope to gain! Where you run looks lovely too.

It seems like women show the biggest difference when it comes to losing weight. I've lost 22 so far and i think the only signs of it is my face lost some weight and i had to actually cut a new hole in my belt to tighten it.

it's all relative to height not sex. 30 pounds is a lot more on on a shorter small frame than on someone 5'10-6'
I've lost 26.8 myself since Dec 21st but it mainly shows in my face and my belly is flatter. the next 30 will have me looking pretty slim, but that is a 60 pound loss on a 5'10 frame

I am 5'10" and lost somewhere between 25 and 30 lbs. I started around 205 and got down to 175-180ish.

I have gone up and down 10 lbs since the weight loss (curse you, awesome cruise vacation food!!), but I am back to steady 180. GW is 165.

My laziness level is high now due to endless winter, but looking at success pictures always helps boot me back into gear! Best of luck to you!! Take pictures and measurements each month, it helps a lot to see the transformation and to watch the numbers decrease! You can do it!

Thanks! Weight is creeping back up, because I just can't find that sweet spot again, but it's a marathon, not a sprint. We'll all get there! Just keepin' at it! :)

I'm 5'4 and have over 70 to lose and that can be a discouraging number but now that I see what the difference of only 30-40 lbs is has got me very motivated!!! You all are fantastic and I can't wait to hit such a milestone!!! WTG

These are great! You can see your stomach really tone up! I hope mine starts doing that. I need to get back to working out, I'm built like an eternally pregnant woman, all the females on my dad's family side are built like that, so any pants I have to buy a size bigger, and wear a belt to keep from looking pregnant or muffin topping (if I buy the correct size I'm suppose to wear-according to the sizing charts- my stomach hangs over the pants, stomach is bigger than my waist line)

This was when I was about 28-ish pounds in, 179 to 151. I know sitting down isn't the best example of body shape, but I avoided pictures at all costs so I don't have a good comparison!

You look wonderful! And your baby is so beautiful--she looks like a little doll sitting on your lap. How precious! :)
