How do you do C25k without an app?

I just started the C25k program on a treadmill with a small group led by a personal trainer once a week. The other two days a week I am on my own. During the time with the personal trainer she is telling us when to run and when to walk. Tomorrow I'm supposed to do the same thing on my own but I am wondering how I'm going to keep track of when to do what. I can't think clearly enough to keep track of minutes and do math in my head of elapsed time and intervals when I'm fatigued from running and I don't have a smartphone so I can't just download an app. I have an Android tablet, an mp3 player, and a Samsung Intensity II phone. I've tried Podrunner but I found it boring and besides, I'd really rather be listening to an audio book. Is anyone else in the same boat? Any ideas?

Google the C25K program for the treadmill. It will tell you what to do each day. Use your timer on the treadmill to keep track of when to run/walk.

If you have an MP3 player look up the C25K podcasts. That's what I was using pre-iphone.

The C25k apps do vary a little in the intervals, not to mention whatever your coach is telling you to do may be a plan of their own.
Why don't you just ask the trainer what he/she recommenrds? You can also (likely) find an app for free that is an interval timer and plug in whatever you want and it will beep and tell you when to wlk/run, etc.
Some people may use a kitchen timer, a piece of paper taped to the treadmill (or a "note" on your phone) and use those times.0 -
a simple stop watch that counts laps will work just fine...or the treadmill timer0

Cut each days notes out so you can take just that one with you (less confusion when glancing at it).
Time yourself with either a stopwatch, or wrist watch, or treadmill timer.0 -

To my knowledge there aren't any podcasts out there that are "smart enough" to act like an app enabling you to play your own music. It's just a music file with predetermined music and voice track on it.0 -

Admittedly I haven't used the podcast since I first did the C25K program about 6 or 7 years ago... so I truthfully don't know what is/isn't included in the download.

I did the c25k on an app for android. i think it was $1.99 for the app. if you can't get it on your phone try the android tablet. i also did the app on an older model ipod. i liked that the best because i could play music at the same time and the voice would just come on and say "walk" or "run". Had not looked at the link you had (I linked to the treadmill page), but now that I have, yeah, same "Fool people into installing our software" advertising on the podcast page as well.
Because nothing says "Quality Product" like having to trick people into installing your software.0
