Homemade Crunch Wrap Supreme (with pic)

So, keep in mind that you can modify this in any way to reduce a certain aspect of it. ie: red pepper flakes instead of taco seasoning to reduce the sodium, using yogurt instead of sour cream, omitting the cheese, etc...

Makes 4 Servings (1 serving filled me to the brim)

4 Burrito size tortillas
1 lb ground turkey 93/7
Taco seasoning
Chopped tomato
Shredded lettuce
Sour cream
Shredded cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Crunched up tortilla chips

Brown the meat and add the seasoning according to the packet. In the center of a tortilla, place 1/4th lb of meat, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips. Fold all sides to the center and place face down in pan with heated olive oil. Cook on medium low heat for about 1.5-2 minutes each side. VOILA. Very delicious and filling.
