10000 Calorie Challenge

Hi All,
If any of you have been with me in the last three weeks by now you realize I'm upping the challenge by 1000 calories.This challenge starts tomorrow december 8th and ends tuesday december 14th.I hope you'll all join me. Good luck.Please try to post your progress daily.My goal is 9000 calories.Please don't feel you have to do this much but it would be nice if I had some folks joining me to try!!

I'm in! This time for sure...I tried last week and needless to say I didn't do much
It's a new week, new start & I will work my hardest to make it this week!

Imma sit this one out... I did 10,000 last week and it kicked my butt. Plus I cant be buying all the food to fuel that many workouts cause I gotta buy X-mas gifts.0

Well this week isn't getting off to a great start.The weather is cold & windy so jumping on my bike for a ride didn't fit into how I was feeling. I did get to play some softball so I didn't go without burning some extra calories.The weekend is suposed to be in the 70's so I guess i'm going to have to really pump the calories away if I want to make this goal.!!!

WTG on this week's challenge! As I told you, I can't make it this week. I'll be out until Tue, so I might join you on your next one then, but who knows, you're too good! i can't keep up with you guys! The good thing about this is that Santa's bringing me a HRM (I got a Polar FT7), so I'll know the exact calories I burn instead of relying on MFP... Hopefully I'll do better for your next challenge! Day 4 &5...ok so I know I won't reach the goal this week but I'm still going to try. Saturday I didn't exercise at all (well I cleaned house but that doesn't burn as much). I have two more days to give it a good try for a big burn!!!

I'm seeing a disturbing trend in my goals..Two weeks ago I burned over 11900 calories
Last week I made it just over 10000..This week although the weather hasn't cooperated I won't make it to 7000!!

Keep in mind that your body DOES need a day off each week, that day can me a light workout but your body won't progress without also "healing".
This is a NEAT idea though! I will keep my eyes pealed for another one after we get back from our Christmas trip. HAHA there is 4ft of snow where we are going and no gym membership for me SOOO I will be limited. Back on the 1st. See yall then! :-D0 -
you are still doing great, some lofty goals you set, Doesnt look like i will make it either but the fact is i will burn over 2.5 pounds of calories trying to make it .
